Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. The item(s) must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@foregood.com and include the following information:

  • Order #
  • SKU # of the item(s) you’d like to return
  • Reason for return
  • For exchanges, please also include the item, color and size that you would like to replace it with

Once we receive your return/exchange request, we’ll send you a return shipping label via email, with instructions on how to prepare your package to send back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@foregood.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following returns/exchanges:

  1. Final sale items
  2. Gift cards
  3. foregood purchases made from outside vendors or event programs
  4. International foregood purchases

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect its condition, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
